PG Industrial support

PG Industrial Support handles industrial cleaning for production environments, mainly in the food industry. They do more than carry out the work: they supply the equipment and chemicals, calibrate their own machines and measuring gear twice a year, and document the results so clients have their paperwork ready for internal audits and external inspections. Clients can outsource the cleaning entirely or run part of it in-house with PG’s equipment, training and support behind them.

The assignment:
Build a website that makes a service business tangible. Industrial cleaning is bought on trust and compliance rather than on price, so the site had to explain a layered proposition, from full outsourcing to equipment supply with training, and make clear how the process is monitored, documented and adjusted over time. On top of that it had to work for a target group that mainly cares about one thing: whether their production line keeps running and passes inspection.

What I did:
I built the site from the ground up in WordPress, structuring the content by service model so a prospect can quickly find where they sit between full outsourcing and doing it themselves, with the equipment, chemicals and quality assurance story woven into each route. Contact forms, GDPR-compliant consent and the full technical setup were part of the delivery.
